The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on Page 5, Section 205, line 79, by striking all of subdivision (4), and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
" (4) If one or both of the parents are a member of the National Guard, a reserve component or an active duty component of the Armed Forces of the United States, a plan for the custody of the child should the member parent or parents be mobilized, deployed or called to active duty. "
